What This Feature Does
Deeplinks allow you to send customers directly to a selected action or reward from external channels like email, SMS, or banners.
Deeplinks are available for:
All custom actions.
All custom rewards.
Select basic rewards.
How To Set It Up
Go to the action or reward you want to promote.
Copy the deep link URL.
Paste the link into your desired channel (email campaigns, SMS campaigns, etc.)
Share the link with your customers.
How It Works
Deep links open directly within the loyalty widget or dashboard, taking users to the selected action or reward.

Deep links do not bypass login requirements.
Customers must be logged in to access the destination.
Rewards are not automatically applied — customer interaction is required.
