How It Works
Deeplinks are unique URLs that send customers directly to a specific action or reward from external channels like email, SMS, or banners.
Deeplinks are available for the following:
All custom actions.
All basic rewards.
All custom rewards.
Custom actions each have their own individual deeplink, copied from the action itself. Basic rewards and custom rewards do not have individual deeplinks. Instead, one shared deeplink is copied from the Ways To Redeem section and takes the customer to the redeem section on the frontend.
Deeplinks do not bypass login requirements.
When a customer opens a deeplink, it opens directly within the loyalty widget or dashboard and takes the customer to the selected action, reward, or redeem section.

How To Set It Up
For a custom action:
Go to Program → Points → Actions.
Select the action to promote.
Copy the deeplink URL.
Paste the link into the desired channel, such as an email campaign or SMS campaign.
Share the link with customers.
For a basic reward and custom reward:
Go to Program → Points.
In the Ways To Redeem section, click Copy deep link.
Paste the link into the desired channel, such as an email campaign or SMS campaign.
Share the link with customers.
Key Notes
Deeplinks do not bypass login requirements.
Customers must be logged in to access the destination.
Rewards are not automatically applied; customer interaction is required.
Custom actions each have an individual deeplink; basic rewards and custom rewards share one deeplink through Ways To Redeem and takes the customer to the redeem section on the frontend.
