Introduction
Customer Experience (CX) reps can quickly access the rediem dashboard to find the information they need to respond to customer questions. This ensures fast, accurate support when customers reach out about their rewards, points, referrals, or other account activity.
Overview
Customer Accounts
Log into the rediem dashboard.
Navigate to the Customer tab.
Use the search bar to look up customers by name or email.
Open the customer profile to view:
Current points balance
Tier status
Recent activity and redemptions
Referral status
Referral Exports
Navigate to Referrals > Analytics
Select one of the Reports
Look deeper into why a customer's referral may be blocked
Community Approvals
Navigate to Community > Approvals
View, Accept, Reject, or Hide customers' posts from the community feed
