How It Works
Connect a subscription provider, Recharge, Stay AI, or Skio, to enable subscription rewards in rediem.
Set milestone rewards tied to specific billing cycles for a subscription product. When a customer subscribes to that product and completes a billing cycle, they earn the reward tied to that cycle.
Reward types include points, vouchers, gift cards, free products, and custom rewards.
The customer sees each earned reward available for redemption in their account once the billing cycle completes. This repeats for every billing cycle that has a reward attached.
How To Set It Up
Connect A Subscription Provider
Connect a supported subscription provider before creating subscription rewards.
Follow these steps to connect Recharge to rediem.
Follow these steps to connect Stay AI to rediem.
Follow these steps to connect Skio to rediem.
Create A Subscription Reward
Navigate to Program → Points.
Click Add Ways to Earn.
Select Subscription Reward.
Enter a title and description, select the subscription product to reward, and choose a reward type.
Points Reward
Enter the Cycle number for the billing cycle this reward applies to.
Select Points as the Reward Type.
Enter a Title for the reward.
Upload a Reward Logo.
Enter the number of Points the customer receives once they complete the specified billing cycle.
Click Create to add the reward.
Voucher Reward
Enter the Cycle number for the billing cycle this reward applies to.
Select Vouchers as the Reward Type.
Click Upload an Image to add a reward logo, and enter optional Alt Text for the image.
Enter a Title for the reward.
Choose a Voucher Type:
Amount Discount: Enter a specific dollar amount in the field provided. Choose what the voucher Applies to (Entire catalogue, Specific collections, or Specific products), the Purchase Type (Any, One-time Purchase, or Subscription), a Minimum requirement (None or Minimum purchase amount), and which discounts it stacks with under Combination (Product discount, Order discounts, or Shipping discounts).
Free Shipping: Applies to is locked to Entire catalogue. Choose the Purchase Type (Any, One-time Purchase, or Subscription), a Minimum requirement (None or Minimum purchase amount), and which discounts it stacks with under Combination (Product discount or Order discounts).
Percentage Discount: Enter a specific percentage discount in the field provided. Choose what the voucher Applies to (Entire catalogue, Specific collections, or Specific products), the Purchase Type (Any, One-time Purchase, or Subscription), a Minimum requirement (None or Minimum purchase amount), and which discounts it stacks with under Combination (Product discount, Order discounts, or Shipping discounts).
6. Optionally check Add a prefix to discount codes to prepend a custom prefix to the generated code shown in Preview.
7. Click Create to add the reward.
Custom Reward
Enter the Cycle number for the billing cycle this reward applies to.
Select Custom Reward as the Reward Type.
Enter a Title for the reward.
Upload a Reward Logo.
Add an optional Reward Destination Link.
Enter a Reward Description.
Enter the Terms & Conditions for redeeming the reward.
Enter How to Redeem instructions.
Choose a Reward Type of Coupon or Email. Enter the coupon code for Coupon, or the Reply-To Email and Correlated Task for Email.
Click Create to add the reward.
Gift Card Reward
Enter the Cycle number for the billing cycle this reward applies to.
Select Gift Card as the Reward Type.
Enter the Gift Card Name.
Enter a Reward Description.
Enter the Terms & Conditions for redeeming the gift card.
Enter How to Redeem instructions.
7. Choose the gift card from Select Gift Card.
8. Click Create to add the reward.
📋 Note: You must have an account with Tremendous or another gift card provider to access this reward option.
Free Product Reward
Enter the Cycle number for the billing cycle this reward applies to.
Select Free Product as the Reward Type.
Enter a Title for the reward.
Upload a Reward Logo.
Select the product to give as the free reward under Choose Product.
Add an optional Details Page Link.
Enter a Description.
Apply optional Free Product Restrictions: set a Per Cart Limit, or require a paid product with Requires Paid Product.
Click Create to add the reward.
Key Notes
Subscription rewards require an active integration with Recharge, Stay AI, or Skio.
Each reward is tied to a specific billing cycle for one subscription product.
Customers earn the reward tied to a cycle only after completing that billing cycle.
Earned rewards appear in the customer's account for redemption.
Gift card rewards require a connected Tremendous account or other supported gift card provider.
