Integrations connect rediem with the other eCommerce applications already used to run a store. This lets rewards, community, and loyalty data work together across platforms instead of staying siloed in rediem alone.
Connecting an integration extends what a rewards program can do without adding manual work. Each integration syncs with rediem differently depending on the tool, so the specific behavior is covered in that integration's own article.
How To Set It Up
Navigate to Integrations in the merchant admin.
Select the integration to connect.
Follow the setup steps listed for that integration, since each one has its own requirements and configuration process.
