rediem provides exportable loyalty and referral reports directly from the Merchant Admin, or schedule monthly reports to be emailed automatically.
This is useful for finance teams tracking point liability, marketers monitoring program performance, and anyone tracking referral activity without needing to log in.
Overview
Why Use It
Reports give your team visibility into the program without requiring backend access. Finance teams can monitor point liability for accounting purposes, marketers can track program performance on a monthly cadence, and referral owners can verify that rewards are being redeemed as expected.
Available Reports
rediem offers three loyalty reports and two referral reports. All reports export as CSV files.
Loyalty Reports
Overview Report: A monthly summary of program activity, including:
total customers
loyalty members
actions completed
points earned
actions per participating loyalty member
your most popular action and reward
Point Liability Report: A customer-level breakdown of:
points earned, redeemed, expired,
each customer's closing point balance
Note: this represents the outstanding financial liability of unredeemed points, and earned points can appear as negative values when points are removed, such as after a refund or manual adjustment
Leaderboard Report: A ranking of loyalty members by total point value, including each member's name and email
Referral Reports
Advocate Shares: A record of every referral share, including:
placement
Advocate's email
sharing channel
date shared
Referral Report: A record of:
each referral, including Advocate and Friend details
the reward issued
the Friend's order number and purchase total, and the referral status.
Note: Rejected referrals include a rejection reason, so you can see exactly why a referral did not qualify.
📋 Note: The Referral Report also includes IP address and browser data for advocates and friends. rediem collects this to detect fraudulent referrals, such as an advocate referring themselves. Please be careful when handling this data to protect PII.
