Updated over a year ago

Introduction

Judge.me allows you to easily reward your customers for leaving product reviews. When a customer completes a purchase, they will get an email asking them to leave a review which will appear on the product page once completed.

Overview

Before you start

This feature is only available on a Judge.me paid "Awesome" plan.

How to Integrate Judge.me and Rediem

Step 1: Navigate to the Integrations section, and click on Judge me.

Step 2: Log into Judge.me

The Judge.me account you login with must have Owner, Admin, or Manager permissions.

Step 3: Once logged-in, go to settings > integrations > view API token

Step 3: Add it below, click "validate" and then integrate.

How customers earn points for reviews with the Judge.me Integration

Once Judge.me is integrated to your rediem account, you need to set up the Leave a review earning action.

  1. Go to your points program and click Add ways to earn then click Leave a Review

  2. Enter the number of points you would like customers to earn for leaving a review and click Update.

πŸ“ Pro Tip: Customize your Judge.me earning rule just like you would any other! Use unique names, details, and instructions to fully incorporate it into your rewards program.

πŸ“‹ Note: This earning rule requires customers to be a verified buyer.

πŸ“‹ Note: With our Judge.me integration, it's not possible to create different earning rules for different reviews (i.e. Photo review, video review, etc).

Why customers might not have earned points for reviews

Customers are invited to leave reviews in an email post-purchase. If a customer does not leave a review through the form included in the email, they will not receive points because they will not be able to be classified as verified buyers.
