What Does Judge.me Do?
Judge.me is a product review app that collects customer reviews after purchase. Once connected to rediem, customers can earn points for leaving a verified review, and completed reviews appear on the product page.
Requirements
Before getting started, ensure you have:
A Judge.me Awesome plan or higher.
A Judge.me account with Owner, Admin, or Manager permissions.
Access to your Judge.me API token.
How to Integrate
Log in to the Judge.me account you want to connect inside your shopify admin account.
2. In Judge.me, go to Settings → Click on Integrations and click view API token.
3. Copy the Private API token
4. Navigate to rediem merchant and click on Integrations
5. Click Add New Integration
6. Select Judge me under the Integration Type
7. Paste the API token into rediem, click Validate, then click Integrate.
8. Judge.me will be integrated successfully
How It Works
Go to Rediem Merchant → Program → Points
click Add Ways To Earn, then click Leave a Review!
Set Status to Active to display the review action to customers, or Disabled to hide it.
Enter the number of points customers earn for a review in the Point(s) field.
Give the Action Title for the review action
Optionally, add a Destination Link for the page customers land on after completing the action.
Set Number Of Times A User Can Get Points For A Review, or leave it blank for no limit.
Include: Restrict the reward to customers with specific tags, or leave empty to make it visible to all customers.
Exclude: Hide the reward from customers with specific tags, or leave empty to make it visible to all customers.
Set an Icon by keeping Default or choosing Upload Your Own, and add Alt Text.
Click Create / Update to save the earning action.
How Customers Earn Points
Customers receive a post-purchase email inviting them to leave a review.
A review must be submitted through that email form for the customer to be classified as a verified buyer.
Points are only awarded to verified buyers.
It is not possible to set different point values for different review types, such as photo or video reviews.
💡 Pro tip: Customize the name, details, and instructions of the Leave A Review earning rule to match the rest of the rewards program.
Troubleshooting
The customer did not earn points for a review. Confirm the review was submitted through the form in the post-purchase email. Reviews submitted any other way cannot be matched to a verified buyer, so no points are awarded.
