Overview

How It Works

Brand Profiles represent the identity a brand uses when interacting in the Community. Each profile has its own display name, bio, profile image, and verification status. This could be your brand founder, the brand mascot, or a celebrity cameo.

Brand Posts are content published in the community using a selected Brand Profile. Brands can use posts to share updates, announcements, or other content with customers. Posts can be assigned to one or more tags, to categorize content in the community feed.

Setting Up a Brand Profile

  1. Go to Community β†’ Approvals.

  2. Click Create Profile β†’ Create New Profile.

  3. Enter a Display Name and Bio, and upload a Display Photo.

  4. Enable Verified if required.

  5. Click Create New Profile.

  6. Click Change Profile and select a profile to set it as the default.

Publishing a Brand Post
