Each overview is a deep dive and can be filtered to include specific customer tags and date ranges. Unlike the Performance Overview, which shows the high level KPIs from the inception of the program. Control the date range by clicking the calendar.
Total Points Earned
Total points earned over lifetime.
Point Utilization
Point Utilization is the points used divided by the points earned as part of loyalty program.
Redeemed Points
Total number of points that have been redeemed in the date range.
Points Redeemed for Purchase
Total number of points that have been redeemed and used towards a discount on a purchase in the date range.
Outstanding Points
Total points earned that have not been used.
Actions Taken
Total actions taken in the date range.
Actions Taken/ Users
Average of the total actions taken per user.
