Overview

Each overview is a deep dive and can be filtered to include specific customer tags and date ranges. Unlike the Performance Overview, which shows the high level KPIs from the inception of the program. Control the date range by clicking the calendar.

Total Sales Influenced

Sales made by members who actively sign up for loyalty program all time.


Sales Penetration Rate

The Sales Penetration rate is the percent of sales coming from loyalty members (total sales from loyalty members all time / total sales all time)


Referral Revenue

Revenue driven by loyalty program members.

Conversion Revenue

Sales that have come directly from a purchase made using a discount voucher.
